The Gypsy Doodle Game

There's a song called Gypsy Doodle by Analogik, which is a remix/remake/re-imagining of The Dypsy Doodle sung by Ella Fitzgerald.
The Gypsy Doodle Game is based off the Analogik song, although you can take inspiration from the Ella Fitzgerald iteration if you want.
There is but one rule: Keep up the Gypsy Doodle.
Bold text is the lyrics of Gypsy Doodle (as I hear them) and after that are my own continuations of the Doodle:
The Gypsy Doodle is the thing we wear
The Gypsy Doodle will get in your hair
And if it gets you it couldn't be worse
The things you say will come out in reverse
Like, "You love I and me love you,"
That's the way the Gypsy Doodle works
The Gypsy Doodle is easy to find
It's always going in the back of your mind
You'll never know it until it's too late
Then you're in such a terrible state
Like, "The moon jumped over the cow hey diddle,"
That's the way the Gypsy Doodle works
The Gypsy Doodle is here and there
The Gypsy Doodle is everywhere
If you find it in your brain
You're gonna sound quite untamed
Like, "Left is right and right is left,"
That's the way the Gypsy Doodle works
The Gypsy Doodle arrives at five
You can't ignore it even if you try
When you see it you're gonna pay
You won't believe the things you say
Like, "Teeth your brush and hands your wash,"
That's the way the Gypsy Doodle works
